Hello, I’m Marla Gilsig. I am a Vancouver family lawyer and a family law mediator in British Columbia (BC). I enjoy working with clients who want practical and affordable choices to prevent or resolve family law disputes. I believe that when clients understand their legal positions, they can make decisions that enable them to proceed to a fair resolution that meets their needs and the needs of their families. I seek to negotiate or mediate a successful and cost-effective resolution of my clients’ issues wherever possible. I have a track record for successfully resolving complex family law issues using alternatives to the traditional court methods, collaborative divorce practice and family law mediation. My continuous ability to respond to my clients’ needs and obtain the best possible results has made me an accomplished and well-respected family lawyer.
